VALLEY RANCH - IRVING, TEXAS
Valley Ranch is located in north Irving, north of I-635 to the border with Coppell. Valley Ranch boasts a number of beautiful parks, as well as the famous canal walks, which meander throughout the neighborhood. Valley Ranch is also known as the training home of the Dallas Cowboys. Part of Valley Ranch is located within the Coppell Independent School District, while the other is within the Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD. The area has abundant shopping, restaurants, a new public library, and even a multi-screen movie theater! The homes within the area are relatively new, and new construction continues throughout. This is one of the more desirable areas of the Dallas - Fort Worth Metroplex.
