Staging means using and arranging furniture and accessories in a designer-like fashion to optimize the showing of your home to prospective buyers, or to make changes to the home you live in, referred to as "Staging for Living." This is a relatively new marketing method in the real estate industry throughout the United States, and has had recent media attention on news shows such as the Today show and 20-20.
